Walking distance to the beach is our cozy renovated Fisherman's house (6p), behind El Palo's Boulevard. In one of the most popular car-free streets in Malaga. There are many restaurants in this area and at 50m the beach (child-friendly) The property is completely tastefully renovated. In addition to a nice open kitchen and a living room with a dining area on the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a separate study and a roof terrace on the 2nd floor.
The Space
The cozy house has a living area on the ground floor with a lounge sofa and a large TV. In the dining area there is a spacious dining table. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner electric hob, large refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a washing machine combi dryer, which also makes it very ideal for a family with children. At the entrance is a large closet with storage space. Furthermore, there are 3 bedrooms, there is 1 separate spacious study furnished with double screens and there are 2 toilets in the house and there is 1 nice spacious bathroom. On our sunny terrace, you can comfortably enjoy the tranquility.

Our house is located on a car-free road, where you can also sit quietly in front of the house and the children can play safely in the street. Within 50 m walking distance you have a child-friendly beach. On the boulevard are all kinds of playground equipment, such as climbing racks, swings, slide, basketball and soccer fields. There are a lot of restaurants and local shops, such as butchers, vegetables & fishmongers, bakeries, hairdressers, pharmacies and supermarkets, literally around the corner from the house, also the famous El Palo foodmarkthal is nearby.
